Unboxing Video Required

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish.
  • The video must show the sealed parcel, outer packaging, shipping label, and the product being opened without any cuts or edits.

Product Issues

  • The product is damaged, missing any item, or different from what was ordered.

Request Timeline

  • A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video as proof.

  • No replacement will be processed without a proper unboxing video.
  • Color or size issues are not eligible for replacement, as all product details are clearly mentioned on our website.
  • If your claim is approved, a replacement of the same product will be sent to you.
